Awards

• Special Medals will be awarded to First, Second and Third place in each division
  • 1st place Gold
  • 2nd place Silver
  • 3rd & 4th place Bronze 
• Trophies are awarded for the best supporting schools.

Rules

• USAT Competition rules will govern this tournament and the organizing
  Committee may modify some rules according to local conditions. It
  also reserves the right to divide weight categories depending on the
  size of the group.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

• No head contact at any time during Kyoroogi competition for competitors age 11 & younger.
• Competitors age 12-17 with colored belts, light contact to the face and neck without causing injury will be allowed, however, if referee and judges feel an injury was due to a malicious attack, with anger or the intent to injure, the attacker will be disqualified.
• Competitors age 12 & older, Black Belt  the Senior Black Belt rules shall apply.

Duration of Rounds

• Children under 14 years
  • Two rounds of 1 & 1/2 minutes w/30 second rest
• Competitors 15 years & over
  • Two rounds of 2 minutes w/30 second rest
