Entry Fees

• $65 for 1 event
• $75 for 2 events
• $85 for 3 events
• $95 for 4 events
• $105 for 5 events
• $115 for 6 events

• Applications post-marked after Octorber 19, 2009 will result in a $20 late fee
• Registration fees must be paid by Cashier's Check or Money Order only

Required Equipment

• Head gear, chest protector, arm guards, shin guards, protective cup, mouthpiece
• Competitors must provide their own safety equipment
• Necessary equipment will also be sold at tournament site

• Adults: $10.00
• Children 6 yrs to 11 yrs: $8.00
• Children under 5 yrs: free
